How to create an account?

- Fill in the requested information then click “Create”

How to place an order on the bonsbaisersdepaname.com website?
Select your items on the site and size
Add them to your cart
Accept the general conditions of sale and validate your basket
Select a delivery method
Enter your delivery details
Choose your payment method
Enter your bank details
Validate your payment
You will then receive an order confirmation email containing your order number.
You can also track your orders in your “My Account” area.
How can I pay for an order?
We only accept the following payment methods:
VISA / BLUE CARD / MASTER CARD
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Once your order has been validated, you will no longer be able to modify it, even if it has not yet been shipped.
I received a promo code, how can I benefit from it?
If you have a promo code, enter it in the field provided at checkout. If the conditions for applying the code are met, the reduction will be applied immediately to your basket.
What are the possible delivery methods and times?
Delivery is free from 100€ of purchases at Mondial Relay in Metropolitan France.
Our packages can be shipped using the following shipping methods:
- delivery to Mondial Relay point in 4-7 days (€2.90)
- Colissimo La Poste delivery (€4.90):
- in 48 hours to mainland France and Monaco
- in 5-7 days to the French Overseas Territories*
- in 4-8 days internationally
- delivery by DHL Express France (€6.90)
- delivery by DHL Express International
Please note that for Mondial Relay shipments, collections are not made daily from our logistician, so there may be a delay between the moment when your order changes to shipped status in your customer account, and the moment when your package is given to Mondial Relay, in your follow-up.
Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
*Additional shipping costs may apply to overseas territories and are the responsibility of the customer.
How to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the arrival of your package. Don't forget to check your junk mail regularly so you don't miss out!
I have not received my order, what should I do?
You can find your tracking number in the “my account” section to find out the status of your package.
If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, contact your post office or chosen relay point directly to find out more.
Don't forget to check with your neighbors and your guardian if they have not received your package in your absence.

I would like to return my order, how do I do it?
If your order is not suitable, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us.
To do this, make sure that the product has not been worn or soiled and put it back in its original packaging. Please note, only unworn products can be returned! Be sure to try on the shoes on a clean surface and not damage them when trying on, otherwise your request will not be successful.
Complete the delivery note that was included with your package and provide your return instructions.
You can then return your package via a simple Colissimo shipment only to the following address:

Keep proof of deposit of the package: in the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be taken as proof and reimbursement for the returned product(s) can be made.
No packages will be collected by Bons Baisers de Paname at the post office against signature.
Please note that returns may take up to 10 days to reach our showroom. They are then processed within 72 hours.
If the product is returned under the conditions mentioned above, then you will receive an email notifying you of the refund of your order.
I would like to make an exchange, how do I do it?
If you wish to exchange your order, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us and let us know your instructions.
To do this, make sure that the product has not been worn or soiled and put it back in its original packaging. Please note, only unworn products can be returned! Be sure to try on the shoes on a clean surface and not damage them when trying on, otherwise your request will not be successful.
Complete the delivery note that was included with your package and give your exchange instructions, specifying the size you want.
You can then return your package via Colissimo only to the following address:

If the desired size is no longer available, then you will be notified by email of the refund of your order.
Please note that only size exchanges are possible, for a model exchange, please request a refund and place a new order.
I would like to return or exchange an item purchased in store, how do I do it?
You will need to contact the store directly where the purchase was made.
We only process orders placed on the Internet and do not provide after-sales service to our resellers.
How to choose the right size?
Our shoes fit normally.
If you are between two sizes, we advise you to opt for the larger size.
All our sneaker models are lace-up or Velcro, so if you're worried about having your foot too wide or too thin, you can adjust them!
If you have any doubts, you can always try them on at one of our points of sale.
If, however, the pair you ordered does not suit you, be careful not to damage or soil them when trying them on so that you can possibly make an exchange!
What sizes are offered?
For the moment, our shoes are available from 36 to 41 for women's models, and certain models are now available from 35 to 42.
Our teams are currently working on developing new sizes to satisfy as many people as possible! Don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be kept informed of our latest news!
The product I wanted to order is no longer available, what should I do?
It happens that certain models and certain sizes are sold out, victims of their success. Restockings take place regularly and certain products are put back into stock based on returns: remember to take a look at our site from time to time! You can also subscribe to our alerts to be informed of returns in stock.
Where are your products made?
All Bons Kisses de Paname models are created in France, in our studio in the heart of Paris. The products are then manufactured in Asia or Portugal, by suppliers carefully selected for their know-how.

We are present at resellers throughout France. Find the store closest to you in the “Our resellers” tab!
