If your order is not suitable, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us for a size exchange ( free ) or refund at your expense (€5.90 for the prepaid label) 😉
Some conditions to respect:
1. Make sure the product has not been worn or soiled and return it to its original packaging. Please note, only unworn products can be returned!
2. Be sure to try on the shoes on a clean surface and not damage them when trying on, otherwise your request will not be successful.
How to proceed with your return:
1. Submit your return request via our portal .
2. Print the label and stick it on your package.
3. Keep proof of deposit of the package: in the event of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be taken as proof and reimbursement for the returned product(s) can be made.

Returns may take up to 10 days to reach our showroom. They are then processed within 72 hours.
If the product is returned under the conditions mentioned above, then you will receive an email notifying you of the refund of your order.
