Him in the import-export of shoes + She in fashion design = Bons Baisers. Since 2017, Luc Chen and Isabelle Ye have been shaping the contours of a casual and unique brand, which dares to be different and embraces its identity. Colorful. Long live. Bold. Definitely sassy. Bons Baisers frees itself from codes and trends to create the most intrepid brand of sneakers and shoes you could ever wear.
ISABELLE AT THE CONTROLS
Born in Paris, Isabelle Ye was a stylist at Balenciaga and Maje. In 2017, she decided to co-create her brand, by reinventing the rules of the game: her own.
“ Bons Baisers was born from the desire to think outside the box, with models that bring joy, optimism and color to life. I design all our models in our creative studio in Paris. Our products are then made in China (sneakers and leather goods), in Portugal (city and heeled sandals), or in India (flat sandals). Coming from a dual Franco-Chinese culture, Luc and I were keen to promote the know-how of our countries: mastery, ancestral technique and mastery, quality of materials. Since our beginnings, we have worked hand in hand with the same workshops, which we now consider as a little piece of Bons Baisers on the other side of the world.”

ENDLESS INSPIRATIONS
Inspired by the strong women who marked their eras, our artistic director Isabelle Ye makes Bons Baisers move: new collaborations, messages that resonate, in colors that we seek at all costs. Named Betty (Davis or Boop), Simone (de Beauvoir or Weil) or Édith (Cresson or Piaf) in homage to styles, but also to ideas, the Bons Baisers shoe has a message (or two) to convey by beating the pavement.
GOOD KISSES IS ALWAYS FROM PANAME
In 2022, “Bons Baisers de Paname” became “Bons Baisers” (BB for short), to even better embody the women who dance, vibrate and run with our creations at their feet. A shorter, more direct name. A rallying cry that we chant like a manifesto. Apart from the name and our logo, nothing has changed: we are the same team, and still imagine all of our models in Paris.
GOOD KISSES FROM THE TEAM
Over the years and through encounters, Bons Baisers has surrounded itself with many talents. Big names in their field, recruited for their expertise and (above all) their personality. In our offices in the 2nd arrondissement, in Paris, the BB team imagines and creates unique collections. In tune with the times and yet unexpected.
